Regarding our $diagnosis charge:Due to the vehicle being of older age, and higher mileage, there were numerous "Faults" or problems causing the check engine light to initally come on.The initial diagnosis was indeed correct, and the customer chose not to have the vehicle repaired by us.When the
vehicle returned, it had additional, different "faults" or newer/different problems, which had arose after the initial diagnosis.Regardless, in the interest of customer service, we will refund the $diagnosis charge.Thank you,*** ***General Manager

Dear Mr. [redacted],We had spoke last week, and I was under the impression we had come to agreement regarding getting you your refund.Specifically, you had purchased a 2011 Silverado on 8/15/15, and purchased a Gap insurance policy for $795, and an extended warranty for $2695. Approximately a week later,...

this vehicle was exchanged for a 2013 Silverado which also had a Gap insurance policy for $795, and a warranty for $2075. On the paperwork for the 2013 Silverado, you will see a cash downpayment of $3490 which is the monies from the original Silverado's Gap insurance and Warranty ($795+$2695=$3490). So, the Gap Insurance and the Warranty on the original purchase were immediately refunded on 8/21/16, and used towards the new vehicle purchase.The $648 check you provided attached was the pro-rated refund of the $795 Gap Insurance purchased approximately 13 months ago.I am not sure the status of the extended warranty, but I can check into the cancellation of the warranty if that is what you would like to do.
