Review: I took my truck to this guy back on 8/14/14 had my transmission and transfer case rebuilt with a new torque converter. Well after installing the transmission it went bad again after only 2000 miles I have a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on all this so I take the truck back to him and he says he will jump right in it and get it fixed. Well it's been almost three months now and he still has not even touched my truck to begin working on it. Everytime you call there is a excuse or he says he will have it done by the end of the week and it's never done!Desired Settlement: I just want my truck to be back on the road again.

Review: I went into this shop to get tires balance, they placed my car on a machine do to running dead sitting on parking lot waiting to be repaired, tech says I need alternator and wheel baren I authorized them to replace both I drove my car to my home town where the belt connected the to that procedure done popped, I had someone replace it,later that night I got into my vehicle to start it stalled and didnt want to really start took it to [redacted] to place it on there machine came back I needed a battary, next day got in car didnt start at all, so I got battary change car started fine after finding out I didnt need alternator I got original placed back on and car still started perfectly fine so after switching out the battary with both alternator car started great,so basically I just needed a battary. I feel because I was a women they tried to get over on me and placed parts on my car that wasnt needed. I had to pay some to place the parts that should have never been taken off the car back on starting with the belt that popped they should have been secured by them. I felt very unsafe drving my car.Desired Settlement: I request a refund and feel that its only right for one my belt came off and should not have, thy did refund me for the belt but not for someone else repairing something I paid them to do. I would like a refund on the labor for the alterntor, after going to serveral differernt places to have my volts tested such as autozone and advance auto part store to have my car placed on machine everything with alternator is good after replacing battary, I spoke with owner of business he tells me to bring car back to place on his machine which I think that the problem its not calibratated properly so it reading wrong and its a little off causing to miss diagnosis my vehicle. All I ask was for my labor money back nothing more nothing less.
