Review: Hi! I am Colonial Subaru customer since January22, 2013. When I was buying my car, Subaru xv, my dealer, [redacted] told me that I will get $500 loyalty cash. I asked what is that and how can I get it and he explained that I can't cash it but will use it for my car services. For example, he said that I can use it for oil change, for inspection, or for buy some kind of parts or accessories, so it will be free before I spend my loyalty $500 cash. I was very happy to having credit for my service as other dealership customers such as Toyota, Honda, Nissan. My first oil change at 3000ml has been changed for free as on contract. However, when I took my car second time at 8000ml, they ripped me off. After my car was ready, they took me to cashier. I thought I have to just sign paper, but cashier said that I owe $75. I said that I have loyalty cash credit that I can use for my services. She didn't want to hear about it. Then I called my dealer, [redacted] who tried fool me telling me loyalty cash rules. The person who was telling that my services will be free until I spend all my loyalty cash, now, told me that I can use only %5 from service fee and have to buy another car to use %100 my loyalty cash. Cashier called to manager, and I he agreed to give only $5 from my loyalty cash credit and made me pay $70. I was very disappointed on my dealer who sold me car with 400ml on it as brand new car and fooling me with foxy rules.

After that I talked so many people and dealers, and all of them told me it was RIP OF! Later, I found out that Colonial Volkswagen and Subaru now under new management and he is the main FOX who making new rules to rip off all customers. He even created new web page for Loyalty Cash rules that shouldn't effect on me because I bought my car before it. He is the main Fox that making his dealers rip off customers and sell new cars. Dealers like [redacted] who sold me returned car that has 400ml on it as brand new car price without telling me, dealing with their new boss perfectly.

Where is the justice? How long it can be happen? When will they stop taking advantage on people like me who has children to support, bills and payments to pay, and school to go. Maybe they thought that I'm stupid women whose dad is president who can buy new car every 8 months to get loyalty cash.

Please, help me to refund my money and stop foxes from rip off and others. Thank you!Desired Settlement: want my money back

Review: I had purchased a vehicle with the agreement that colonial [redacted] would pay taxes on the vehicle. I also received word it would be shipped to me by a certain date and both were failed to be met once I signed the purchase agreement the verbal contract was not met. The sales man was very rude also he did not call when he said or answer his calls. This is the worst service I have received out of the 5 cars I have bought in a year to two years. After purchasing the vehicle two weeks later it broke leaving me without a car I explained this and the manager nor the salesman cared they just wanted more money. Instead of acknowledging a problem that is expensive to fix and waiving the last $550 I owed like they said they would they called back and told me I now needed to pay it regardless all while the manager and sales man was extremely hostile rude and challenging. They are not military friendly nor do I believe another service member should have to go through this!Desired Settlement: Waiver of the remaining balance on my vehicle of $550 which is less than the amount of the broken parts.
