previous refrigerator year. All charges were discussed with [redacted] before our intial visit, and after diagnosing a control isslle (the control was not getting power), we returned and installed the part sent at no charge by Whirlpool. [redacted] was charged $140 plus tax. adiagnose/trip charge of $65 and a General Repair Fee of $75. We returned a month later, when he stated the problem had returned, and spent over an hour on the phone with the whirlpool Techline who ultimately concluded there was a break in the wiring within the wall of the unit, which is unrepairable. It was explained by our technician that these kind of issues are hard to diagnose as that  are unable to remove the inner refrigerator liners and see the wiring there.[redacted] called our office on 6/12/15 very angry and demanding a refund, that his refrigerator was diagnosed incorrectly. Our charges were re-explained to him and a resolution was attempted, however he became very abusive and began to use profanity, at which time he was informed that the owner would directed to call him and discuss the issue with him further. He was informed how sorry our company was with his displeasure and politely told to have a nice day. Per my conversation with him that same day, after explaining again our charges, he was then issued a refund for the agreed upon service tee of $75 plus tax.Sincerely,Mark Bernard· ownerColonie Appliance Service Center
