apologize for the error.I have attached copies of the wire confirmation that we receive when a wire is initiatedAs explained in the email response to *** ***, Jacqueline N*** erroneously entered their account number (digit off) and the name entered was not incorrect, but was missing the last four letters of *** ***’s name because we are only permitted so many characters on each line and we had exceeded thatWe also include our name and contact phone # to the bank so we can be contacted if they have any issues identifying the beneficiariesAs you can see from the wire confirmation, we included as much information as we possibly could to the bankWe did not receive a call from them; the funds were just returned to us, nor did our bank notify us of the returnOn any given day, lenders and buyers of homes wire funds into our account and funds are wired out for proceeds and/or mortgage payoffsThere is a lot of activity, and while our account is monitored, we do not receive any information from the bank along with each wire at the time it is received.This was an honest mistake of which we corrected immediately after we were notified of itAn apology for the inconvenience was issued to **and *** ***As you can see by the attached initial wire confirmation, the wire was sent immediately after settlement was concluded and the second wire was sent out as fast as possible after we were notified.If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me or my controller, Jacqueline N*** (* ***@colonvabstractinc.com).Sincerely,Lorraine H
