Colony Hills Apartments

Propert manager is extremely rude and leaves notices about our dogs and has said she would love to make it a dog free property. We have addressed issues with neighbors and she says she will handle it. Given her attitude and strategy addressing out dogs, she has yet to stop the loud parties, weed smoking inside the building that ventilated through the whole building and the children who use the stairwell as a playground. It is irritating and we are moving to a different complex due to the issues with neighbors and management. My husband and I are subject to drug tests if we smell like marijuana or show signs of using it. It is extremely hard to get the smell out of the apartment and our clothes. We are up almost every night listening to the loudness of neighbors and receive a complaint when dogs bark during he day when there are no quiet hours set during the day. We both have full time jobs and cannot be home to restrain the dogs, whom we just found out bark during the days. Most soldiers have a bad experience living here due to loopholes in the contracts and having to pay money they don't have. It's madness.
