Hi This is an insurance company which client did a very bad job in my house and disappeared with our money I am trying to get this company to paid us for what their client did SO I don't have a contract with this company, I am just trying to get their answer on this claim, which it began last year I can send you a copy of my lawyers emails to them. Review: I contacted this Insurance Company through my lawyer on August 25, 2015, related to a claim against an contractor related to this company. Since the begging they were very unresponsive, and they took them from August to February 26 2016 to go to the property and make the inspection (by this time I had to fix what their insurer did as it was a liability for me to leave the way it was). Since that day my lawyer has been calling without getting any answer. The claim number is [redacted]. The policy number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want for the company to follow the correct procedure and pay me for the disaster their insurer did in my property.
