This is in response to [redacted] complaint concerning home [redacted] We did not roof [redacted] homeHe did however, call and ask for a repair on this home.We did go to home and found that we may need to replace some shingles in order to complete repair, at which time we did not have this type or color of shingles in our stockWe contacted him back to let him know this and he stated he did not care if shingles matched or notWe then put him back in the service to be completedWe did talk to him, and we did state we would need patience as we were backed up, and he did not seem to mind, as he had called other Companies in the area and nothing had been doneThis troubles me that we "did" come out and take care of the issue which was a boot that needed replaced, that he chooses to send a complaint of this matter to the Revdex.comWe will still be billing Mr [redacted] for replacing of the boot and we will not be taking care of any billing on drywall, as stated not a Liebke Roofing roof Thank you, RoxanneLIebke Roofing IncRichard [redacted]

There communication was terrible. I had to call them to see what was going on each time. Roxanne just gave me the run around on things. It will get fixed I will call you back and never would.
