*** *** called and booked an appointment with me which she normally does once a year around Christmas timeShe came in wanting a brown/ reddish tone but darker than what I’ve done to her hair before but she wanted more of the violet toneI explained to her that it would look nice on her and it
would compliment her eye colorAlso that the Carmel tone highlights will definitely compliment the base colorShe even showed me a picture of the base color that she wanted to recreateI matched her base color to the picture she showed me and her highlights to the color swatch we agreed onOnce I finished her service she begin to tell me,”I wish I just stuck with what we did before.” She also said,” I know I picked this color but I thought it would look different on meCan we do what I had a year ago?” I told her we could but she would have to wait two weeks because I just covered up old highlights and and I don’t want her hair to become damaged from over processing it with color because hair color is a chemicalShe said ok that is understandable and how much would it be to go back to the hair color I originally had (a year ago)? I told her I would charge her $for a base color correctionShe agreed to that price, and also saying that it was her decision to go with this new hair colorShe the paid me for the service of the new hair color (full price) and also added a tip for my service on the square appOn the square app it will ask you a series of questions: How would you like your receipt text, email or no receipt? Would you like to add a tip to your service? Regarding my prices, my prices are listed on my salon Facebook page*** *** contacted me via text message days later saying she went somewhere else and got her hair fixedShe then stated that she wanted a refund of the service that I had just given to herI told her I wasn’t going to refund her any money for the service because I did exactly what she asked for and I have pictures of what she wanted and what I have given to herI also explained to her that I wasn’t going to refund her the money because I gave her exactly what she wanted and just because she does not like what she picked out does not constitute to her for a refund

I am rejecting this response because: The business' response is not truthful. I did not request the dark purple hair color that was applied to my hair. *** *** told me that she could not do a color correction for weeks and I could not go out in public with my hair looking the way it did. I had no choice but to go elsewhere for color correction. As I told *** *** previously, I am sorry that she is not willing to be professional, accept responsibility for her mistake, and refund my money.
