I am rejecting this response because: I wanted to make this concern known to the Revdex.com and the business not just for my case but for future customers The business did refund my $after I had to come back in to get the refund My ultimate complaint was that the business knowingly charged me the wrong amount on the spot and the clerk running the register had no way of correcting the price on the spot She had to request manager approval and a manager was not available at the time the transaction occurred I have no further reason to do business with this place but I want to make sure that future customers are not charged incorrectly

Review: On April 13, 2014, I went to Color Me Mine and painted two (2) eggs. Approximately a week later, my friend picked up her eggs that were done and mine. I didn’t get them for about another 2 weeks. Approximately 3-4 weeks ago (mid may), I went to put the eggs away for the following Easter when I looked at them and noticed that they had many white dents on the eggs where the paint was missing. The eggs look horrible. My friend who picked them up, her eggs were not like that and she had never done this before so she wasn't sure if that is normal. I have 2 other pieces I have done at Color Me Mine and none of them have these same white dents. I am pretty sure this happened during the glazing process and that is beyond my control. I paid money and put work into eggs that turned out defective.Desired Settlement: I would like the opportunity to repaint my eggs and have them done the right way. I would also like a small gift card because I am going to have to spend another 2-3 hours painting eggs, I already did because they came out defective which was very disappointing.
