I DIDNT PAY MY HUSBAND DID WITHOUT MY AGREEANCE BECAUSE I TOLD THE LADY I WAS NOT HAPY THAT IT WAS A SLOPPY AND NOT HOW THE PICTURE WAS SHE KEPT SAYING SHE DID WHAT I ASKED FOR BUT THAT WAS FAR FROM WHAT I ASKED FOR I WANT A REFUNDAFYER HAVING MY FINGERS FILED WITH A FILING NAIL, AND THE LADY LYING ABOUT IT WAS WHAT I WANTED I DONT WANT HER TOUCHING ME AGAINSO NO GOING BACK TO GET NAILS REDONE IS NOT OKAY OR ACCEPTABLE I WANT GHE REFUNDTHEY WERE NOT WHAT WAS ASKED FOR AND I WAS TOLD BY LADIES IT WASNT LIKE THE PIC BECAUSE OF THE WTONG COLOR BUT THE LADY THAT DID MY NAILS PICKED THE COLOR AND SAID IT WOULD LOOK EXACTLY LIKE PIC NO PROBLEM NO WORRIES I TRUSTED THEM THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB AND STILL REFUSE TO REFUNDI WILL CONTINUE TO REPORT AND CONTINIE TO MAKE POSTS TILL A REFUND IS GIVEN AND NONE OF MY FRIENDS WERE TOLD TO SAY ANYTHING THEY SAW THE PICS ONLINE AND JUDGED HOW HORRIBLE THE NAIL JOB WAS THERE SELVES AND SAID THEY WOULDNT HAVE PAID YOU ETCI TRIED TO REACH OUT SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY DIDNT ANWER SO YES I TURNED TO SOCIAL MEDIA TO LET OTHERS NOT TO GET *** BY YOUR COMPANY AND WILL COMTINUE TO SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS UNTILL I GET A REFUND!

Review: I have been a customer of Color Nails and Spa for 4 years now and yesterday was the worst service myself and my mother have ever received. My service (which was gel nails and an eyebrow waxing) was rushed, my eyebrows were waxed uneven and my nails were bleeding. My mother's service (which was a pedicure, lip and eyebrow waxing) was also rushed and her eyebrows were also uneven and bright red. When I first sat down at station 8, I saw the lady using a nail file to trim her own nails and set the tool aside. She then reached for the SAME tool later on and used it on my nails. The lady then ripped up my nail beds with a cuticle tool and did not stop when I told her that it was hurting me. The skin around my nail started bleeding and I was concerned. However, I was reassured that it was normal but after looking on the internet after my service I realized that it was not. The lady who was doing my nails was clearly upset at me that I was causing a disturbance in the store by stating it out loud that she was hurting me. After she finished putting on the gels she placed some type of alcohol solution on a cotton ball and started wiping my nails which stung me like crazy. After complaining to her and expressing my concern, she poured oil on my nails, told me to go wash the oil off and then my service was done. She just got up and left me at the station. A woman than came over and told me it was time for my wax. My eyebrows did not get the usual trimming, or brushing, or anything. She simply just stuck the wax on and started ripping away. When that service was done I was left with two uneven eyebrows and was then asked to pay for everything. On the verge of crying I quickly paid and then left without tipping, which I know that the girl at the front counter was angry at me for since she rolled her eyes, making me feel worse than I already was. Going to a nail salon is a treat for me and I should not have left crying and feeling embarrassed.Desired Settlement: After crying in the car to my mother about how bad my nails were hurting me, she went in and talked to the manager on duty which was [redacted]. I did not personally return into the store for fear of creating a disturbance. Nina offered to fix my eyebrows and my mother's on Thursday or I could receive half of my money back. I would like all $82 back since I am a college student and went to the salon as a celebration for my mother and I. I am also concerned about how safe and sanitary the tools are.
