HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service!! It clearly says the turn around time is 2-3 business days. I placed the order today, uploaded my artwork, and called their customer service immediately after with a couple questions. [redacted] was more rude than anyone I have spoken to in years! He told me that even if I approve the proof immediately upon receipt, it will be 5 business days before the order is shipped. Shocked at the discrepancy, I told him I want to cancel the order and he proudly said there will be a 10% cancellation fee. I had just placed the order 5 minutes earlier, based on MISINFORMATION! At first he said it was out of his control, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. He replied that there is no supervisor, he could waive it if he wanted to but he's not! RUDE RUDE RUDE and LIES LIES LIES!!!
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
