Color Promos Inc.

Review: In September 2013, we placed an order for 75 Round Decorative Plates through Color Promos and paid for the order by credit card. Part of the order was defective and we were issued a credit memo for $123.84 on January 16, 2014. We have not used this vendor again and have repeatedly asked for a refund check for the credit memo. We spoke to the owner [redacted] on 07-23-2014 and requested the credit be refunded to us. He said [redacted] would issue a refund within 10 days. We did not receive the refund and sent a reminder letter on 03-11-15. We called again on 05-04-15 and he promised to mail a check. Follow up on 06-11-15, he forgot to mail the check and promised he was writing a check as we spoke and taking to mail. We have not received the check!! Last attempt was made on 7-21-15, I emailed him and told him further action would be taken if not received. I think we have been more than patient, the order was placed and paid in full in September 2013 - 2 years ago!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund.
