After repeated phone calls from this customer we requested to have all correspondences via email so that we could have a record of what was saidIn the end the customer finally did supply us with a return address so we could send the laptop back to her On our website we do not claim
to have a partnership with Apple and in our FAQ section we clearly state that all products bought from us have a year warranty and all products sent to us only have a day warrantyThis warranty information is also clearly shown in the checkout process before a customer places an order on our website. It is unfortunate that *** is unhappy with her laptop that she sent to us for coloring and since she contacted us months after the product was shipped we were unable to help herAlso, at first we did say that she could send the laptop to us and we could look at the laptop to see what was wrong with itAfter *** demanded to have the coloring refunded and the laptop price to be refunded we then requested that she not send the laptop to us because those demands were unreasonable and because her laptop was out of warranty

I am rejecting this response because: COLORWARE's response isn't based on technical facts; Reference to some "conveniently appeared" FAQ is beneath passable.
I have received my computer; APPLE graciously cleaned up COLORWARE's mess. I take responsibility for entrusting my computer to these non-technicians con business men. This business does not know their trade. They are binging and floating on false advertising. I have learned my lesson at a very costly price. There's a reason why COLORWARE is probably the only company in the business of "painting computers", when infact the only people who should be doing that is the computer manufacturer themselves.  Consumers, beware of COLORWARE.
