My complaint is that this company disregarded their own cancellation policyI cancelled my membership November 9th on their websiteI recieved a generic return email that thanked me for emailing that someone would be back with me soonAfter a week without contact I called and spoke to someone identifying themselves as the “owner” who advised me it takes two weeks once they receive the email to cancel, if there was a issue to call backI was again charged for my membership in DecemberI have tried a handful of times to contact him again but he is always out or busyI chose to go thru the hassle of changing account information at my bank, which informed me I am not the first to face this problem with this companyI am not under contract with my gym membership anymore and fear that I will be sent to collections for changing my bank account information to stop all monies this company charges every monthPlease help!!!

For a five month period of time, every time (with the exception of one) that I went to the gym in a six month period, there was either an issue with my access card or my auto-pay settingsOn each occasion, I provided a working credit card for the auto-pay that was not saved or processedWhen I was finally able to get the card saved, they processed months of membership fees at one time when they were authorized only for the monthly auto-payWhen I attempted to resolve the issue with the owner, his response was that I was "lucky he didn't charge late fees"In addition, their contract management system is such that they are unable to tell me when the contractor is over for certainHowever, their initial response was that it was over in November Because I have not signed an additional contract, I have now been charged for months of membership that were not under the contract

I was a member of this facility for approximately months As of December of I went into the facility to cancel my membership as I have relocated to another state for work The owner John, was working the desk the day I came in and I requested to cancel due to moving I asked if there were any charges I would face for canceling and was told no because after my month membership my contract went to monthly I filled out a cancellation form and was told I was good to go and wouldn't face any further charges Upon review of my bank statements this week I became aware that I have been charged for the months of January and February As I am no longer in the state there is no possible way I was using the facility I contacted the club several times and haven't been given any answer other than " we will forward this to the owner and get back to you" After multiple attempts to get in contact with the owner via phone, and suggested Facebook messenger by staff I still hav
