We did not receive any of the calls that where claimed to be made, however after investigating we did find that the phone number associated with this customer had accidentally been added to to our automatic reject listAt one point we were being overwhelmed with telemarketing so we added a bunch of
numbers to this list, and some how this customers did as wellWe do greatly apologize for this and we would like the opportunity to make things rightWeather it be repairing the problem at no charge or refunding the repair fee paid if already repaired
