I do not recommend this business. I met the owner at the home show in Colorado Springs and setup a free home estimate. The owner came out and showed me samples and provided an estimate. I continued be harassed by this company with numerous phone calls. I was told prices are going up you need to act now. The final straw was another phone call while on vacation out of state. I hung up on him. Numerous other phone calls after I informed him I was no longer interested doing business him. Received the following email after last phone call: I don't just run around giving free bids and wasting my time showing folks flooring and not following up to try to make a living. If you recall, you are the one who asked me to call you back. I can assure you sir you are not anyone I want to do business with either.
You are brash , rude and disrespectful. Not what I expect from one of Americas finest. Maybe you can find another [redacted] out there to be degrading to. Have a nice day!
