I had Colorado Carpet & Flooring install carpet on the 2nd floor and basementPre-install service went great and I was overall happy with the installation processHowever, post install service was a total letdownI do not think this business is set up for quick service post installI had to communicate numerous times to fix install issues and someone came out months later to take care of themOne of my main issues was that seams are quite visible and the tech that came out said he wouldn't touch themI requested the installers who put the carpet in come and take a lookI have not heard back from the business sinceGiven the pathetic post sales service, I cannot recommend this businessI guess if I have issues with the carpet in the future, I am going to have to pay someone to fix it
