Colorado Casa PMI

I was a renter with Colorado Casa for years never had problems with them and ** [redacted] helped me step by step when I wanted to buy my own homeI really am going to miss her and the staff! Thank you so much!

Colorado Casa Realtors has been nothing but unprofessional since I hired them to care for my home in I am never contacted when a work order exceeding $is ordered on my property (which I specifically stated needed to be done in my contract with them) and they have made up to $repairs without my consentNo apology or explanation follows and to me that is completely unacceptable They also never do do drive bys or walk thrus of the property to check on the condition of my home unless I instruct them to do so when I was told that they would consistenly check on my tenants and the property itselfEverytime there has been an issue I find out about from my neighbors I have to call and tell them instead of them doing there jobs and checking the home themselvesThere is no point in paying them when I am constantly doing their job for them I would like to feel like my home is being cared for while I am living across the country and unfortunately this has never been the case with this businessI know without a doubt my home has gone down in value due to their lack of work ethic and responsibiltyI need my home cared for and the issues to be fixed by the company whether they have the tenant replace what has been damaged or Colorado Casa themselves fix the issues WITHOUT my money being spent frivolously in the processIt is completely their responsibilty to fix these pending issues

Colorado Casa employees are kind and reponsive to my needs as the tenant of a home they manage.

Colorado Casa Realtors has been nothing but unprofessional since I hired them to care for my home in 2011. I am never contacted when a work order exceeding $100 is ordered on my property (which I specifically stated needed to be done in my contract with them) and they have made up to $700 repairs without my consent. No apology or explanation follows and to me that is completely unacceptable.
They also never do do drive bys or walk thrus of the property to check on the condition of my home unless I instruct them to do so when I was told that they would consistenly check on my tenants and the property itself.
