We have located another address for Mr. Melvin per the Colorado Secretary of State business registration website> ID #: [redacted]. He is operating another basketball organization under the name of "[redacted] Tournaments". As stated, previously Mr. Melvin has not ever registered the Colorado Celtics as a legal business entity.

We are still awaiting a refund as previously described and Mr. Melvin has not contacted us.We are simply asking for the moral and ethical thing to be done and be refunded our $258.00.
If we don't get a response in 5 days we will be filing a Consumer Fraud Complaint with the Colorado State Attorney General's office.
Mr. Melvin can then explain to that entity the fact he took money from us(and possibly others) without services provided, will not issue the promised refund of said monies and operated a business without proper registration, tax reporting etc. We will provide to that entity all text messages proving without a doubt Mr. Melvin promised and committed to in writing the refund of $258.00.
