These 'ladies' I chatted with the were rude and meanof them handed the phone over to someone else because they had no idea what they were doingOne of them told me I could not be seen until I had a hard copy of my id, and that takes a week to get in my the mailI repeated that she had just said that to me, and it sounded so bad the second time that she denied saying it the first timeThis girl [redacted] decides to throw her CEO into the mix for a zero reasonsThe conversation about the CEO made zero sense that I don't even remember what she was talking aboutThe fact of the matter is, is I already have another appointment, and will always take my business somewhere else from now onThe funny thing is they are accepting a copy of my ID until I can go get a new one tomorrowYou should really think about hiring new employees that are nicerThese "ladies" have zero manners and class
