I assume that he means "Quit lying to your customers" instead of "Quick liar to your customers". As far as that goes, Jeremy (my sales rep) didn't lie to Mr. [redacted], he was unaware that the TVA had that stipulation in their program. We don't set out to deceive any of our customers...
because we wouldn't be in business 12 years if we did. We now know their rule on that and we will ask all future customers if their gas is vented outside or not. The windows were very tight when we installed them and I agreed to re-order several of them so they would fit better and operate smoother. I will be happy to send him a refund of $225 (the amount of his TVA rebate that he thought he was getting) when the re-ordered windows are installed. I hope this satisfies Mr. [redacted] and hope he will be completely satisfied in the end. Please let me know if there is something else I need to do.
