I am rejecting this response because: In the last couple of weeks since I finally received a call from the seller I've been given numerous excuses that has nothing to do with me or the problem at hand. The spoiled/different tasting meat that I have that needs to be changed out is the problem at hand. Everything else is not my problem the sellers personal problems with renters, evictions, disgruntled employees or ex employees etc. is not relevant to my problem I have nothing to do with that. I understand the seller is waiting on Grade A beef etc. that's not what I'm asking for I'm just asking for non spoiled meat, meat that isn't a different taste than beef regardless of Grade as long as its edible and doesn't take a few months to get. So I'm not exactly sure what the real reason behind the resistance on getting this situation taken care of A.S.A.P. but at this point I no longer want to do business with the seller and I no longer want an exchange for my beef, I don't even want the money back. I am tired of this back and forth yes and no situation that's going nowhere with no results. I will soon dispose of the spoiled meat that I have and take my business elsewhere.

This customer spent about 350 total, not 500... He states himself that he did not eat the meat for 5 months later.. Grass fed beef has a much stronger flavor than regular beef... I'm not sure the customer was used to that... In any regard, I have told the costumer that he will receive a...
different order of beef to satisfy him, I am just waiting on a shipment of prime beef to ensure he has no issues going forward...
