I am rejecting this response because Colorado Collision fails to accept any responsibility They have made reference to the phone number included in my insurance claim but do not recognize or take responsibility for having my primary contact phone number on file and
not using it after I specifically provided to them in writing/email Also, the timeframe provided in the insurance claim was provided by the insurance and not Colorado Collision It was their duty to provide a timeframe and not just state they'd call when my vehicle was ready like the office manager did on more than occasions

standards for safe, proper repair as recognized within the collision repair industry.This lifetime warranty does not cover damage resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, or care of the vehicle. Nor does it cover normal road or parking lot damage." Rock chips are considered normal road damage and not covered under this warranty. We have been in touch with Sara's insurance company as well, they have confirmed our decision. Thank you.
