To Whom it may concern-I am not surprised that he contacted the Revdex.com because I also was going to contact you after the first of the year for resolution I previously contacted [redacted] for help Mr [redacted] hung up on them I have enclosed the original paperwork with Mr***'s signature authorizing the work to be done as well as a copy of the ad that he used to purchased the coversI am also including a copy of the paperwork that we mail to the buyer a week before the installation is done for them to double check all of the information ALL OF THE WORK PERFORMED was done on time and as statedMr [redacted] was home at the time of installation and had every opportunity to inspect light transmission before the custom fitting was done We also performed additional work to reattach his window wells to his home at an additional cost that is also on the File Copy paperwork with his signature.When Mr [redacted] asked about the clarity of the materials, we explained to him as we do to ALL of our customers (for 20+ years) that the material is a clear material with a pebbled undersurface to allow the same light in as your living room double pane window with privacy like your bathroom windowsI am also attaching a photo of the surface material with his letter underneath to prove the point of clarityKeep in mind the phot is a representation and in person you can actually read the letterIn years of business we have not had an issue like this The material once cut can not be used on any other house There is not only the time spent , the material used and the service call to his home According to statute, being custom work he is responsible for the agreed cost I was advised to place a lien on his homeThis seems a bit more complicated than email dictates for a reply and I would appreciate a call at [redacted] , 9-Monday-Friday to resolve this situation before I proceedWe are an A+ rated business because we are thorough regarding our products and services If you can aid in reaching a better solution than a mechanics lien we would be grateful Thank you for your assistance in this matter
