We completed this job and have been back on three different occasions to do what the customer has asked. I had an appointment to meet with with [redacted] to look at the job For the 4th time and he was on the phone and did not answer the door. I went around the house and tried to get his attention...

He called me 30 min. later and asked where I was, I told him I waited and tried to get his attention but he didn't respond. he replied I was on an important conference call why couldn’t I Waite. I felt that was very rude he’s time was so much more important than mine. Never the less we went back a 4th time and did what they asked. The job is done and looks great... Some people are just never satisfied. I feel we have went over and beyond to try and make them happy. Thanks [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: Although [redacted] emailed me and said that he was going to put me on the schedule to come out to my property and take a look at my patio, I never received any confirmation that I was put on the schedule (e.g., date, time, etc.).  I also had no idea that his lack of contact had any thing to do with the rainy weather.  He never emailed me to tell me that. The point is there has been no communication from [redacted] since 2/17/16 on what the plan is for taking care of my patio.  He indicates that he has “no problem taking care of her needs”.  Unfortunately, that is not my perception as he has not been in contact with me at all, despite my attempts to communicate with him.  As I stated in my complaint, I would like Colorado Curbscapes to either reseal my patio or refund our money.  I am rejecting the business response because he has made no efforts to contact me to resolve this issue.  Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:  Saying that my floor will be "looked at" is NOT a resolution to my particular problem.  I have asked Mr. Brown to look at the floor a number of times in the past couple...

of months and he has promised to do it but so far he hasn't fulfilled on any of his promises, besides looking at the floor will not resolve this problem.  The epoxy sealant was either not applied properly or it was not the product that should have been applied in the first place.  I want a more definitive solution to this problem not just vague promises that my floor will be looked at sometime this week.

I have been by and looked at the s I told Mr. [redacted] I can not control where concrete cracks as nobody can. I can chase and calk where it cracked outside the control joint. The crack has no structural threat to the driveway. I'll be more than happy to calk the joint next week if they would Like....

look at a few spots that looked light, I stopped and we agreed that [redacted] would stop and add a little color to the spots. I had [redacted] stop and do the touch up but [redacted] would not let him do his work as we agreed. He then asked to re do the job which is absolutely unnecessary. If [redacted] would like what we agreed to do I would be very happy to accommodate him.   [redacted]
