I am rejecting their response because:The day after the installation of my unit and I had noticed the discrepancy of the invoice, I called *** *** to ascertain the availability of the unit that was supposed to be installed(unit that they said did not ship to Colorado)The
salesperson said that they were having a sale on that particular unit and there were units available on the front rangeShe said that I should decide quick because these were popular units and would go fastAlso I have my phone logs to show how many times I contacted them compared to the times they contacted meThey did not keep in contact at allAfter the unit was installed and the discrepancy was noticed they did not contact me at all on the phoneI did recieve a text and an emailWe are no longer in Colorado and doubt there is any resolution at this timeI just want other customers to beware and make sure they get what they were told.
