The customer obtained multiple estimates from other companies and choose to accept oursAfter the new year , I had a weekly special and since she had complained about this very low income rental property costing her so much money , I attempted to give her a discount ,
in which case I hit the wrong button on my credit card system , and the transaction was then canceled, and the money was sent directly back to the client At that point the money never hit our account, and I recommended to the client , to speak to her bank , as while it was my fault , her bank was the one in which needed to process the reversal any further

*** *** My Rebuttal to A-Restoration:First of all, I never told this business that this was any "low income" property I used to live in that house! Yes, the neighborhood has declined but in NO MANNER did I EVER say that about my property! So, her answer on this is a boldface LIE My insurance paid for the work, so why would I need to say that to her?The only time Rachel heard me complain about pricing was when I wrote this complaint to Revdex.com I said that I didn't know about mold removal so I went with the middle estimate I also said that I did know about putting back what they took apart so that estimate was way too high...my reason for not accepting it in the first place.My story has never changed and won't because it is the truth Rachel has changed or added to her story three times nowI worked with my bank to find where a reversal occurred on the business's end They did not find it! After giving them a few days, my bank returned the money while we waited for the reversal from A-to show up IT TOOK days Rachel keeps saying it was immediate but IT WAS NOT One more day and my account would have over drafted due to other checks I had previously written! This company seems to think that "good intentions" cures this situation IT DOES NOT FOR ME! What gives her the right to go back into my account WEEKS LATER to do anything???? And now, very conveniently, they refuse to return what was an OVERCHARGE Rachel stated that (that I was overcharged)twice to me via text over *** Furthermore, this company has treated me as if I did this to them....inconvenienced them! To this day, no apology, just lies to cover the mess! Rachel even wrote me, via *** asking if I was going to change my reviews of them I sent them an informative reply of why I will never change the reviews *** ***
