Tell us why hereInitially engaged this company to sell my business(beauty salon)They collected my documents(my original lease papers,inventory list,etc.) in order to do a valuationMichael Sanborn then offered an opportunity to help "build" my business and increase productivity in order to increase the value when it goes to market Response : After doing the market valuation of studio West 80% of the revenue generated by the studio was solely generated by *** We suggested to *** to change her business model from chair rental to commission base. We started implementing that process by contacting the local trade schools. We spent time interviewing new intern stylist. We also set up an automated scheduling systemCRM system to re contact customers after service. *** was very reluctant to use the new software system. We also purchased a laptop for her to use which she still has possession of. We also restructured her phone system My opener add a new message and deleting people that had left the salon I only received a contract to do a valuation and no written contract for further consulting servicesOnly a verbal agreement for his "Business Growth and Strategy Plan". Response : We only worked on the growth plan for days. During the days we added a total of new customers please see attachment. At the end of February *** told us she did not have money to be able to pay for our services. At that point we stopped doing any kind of marketing and growth strategy plan For months have had no positive increase in salon productivityIn that time my value has completely eroded and I requested that we discontinue the Strategy Plan and list the businessAfter that discussion, Michael has refused to communicate with me regarding his marketing of my business and has not returned my documents! Response : We only worked on the growth plan for days. During the days we added a total of new customers please see attachment. At the end of February *** told us she did not have money to be able to pay for her servicesAt that point we stopped doing any kind of marketing and growth strategy plan. 90% of all documents were sent by email. We did not realize we still had a lease agreement and LLC documents we will return those within the next five days New Client list

In that time my value has completely eroded and I requested that we discontinue the Strategy Plan and list the business.
