***, someone had to take pictures of the damaged box -- for a box to have to be repaired/ replaced would mean a post had to have been driven into this box and this would have destroyed the valves as wellIf this was a wiring issue then you could have called us back when discovered in the spring and had us fix the issue-- if you recall we all met in your backyard with our designer to discuss the raising and extension of your patio into the backyard so that you could walkout rather than step up-- we discussed having to move irrigation, a retaining wall and back filling as well as plant material and I believe we discussed with you a pergolaI don't find it overly onerous to request further details of an invoice that is generic at best as to work performed and yet am expected to pay for this--I think you would be in the same situation if the sides were changedI agree with you that you should not have to contact the Revdex.com Your last statement about doing the right thing is correct-- we are willing to fix it but had no call to notify us as such. What we do believe is this cost to rewire a broken sprinkler system is extremely high-- If damage occurred at the box then this is a simple matter of wires being correctly connected and should have taken an experienced tech not more than an hour of time plus parts-- we are willing to submit a check in the amount of $with a signature of waived future liability

pictures of the claimed damage done to the irrigation box and wiring Was damage done to the box and valves or the wiring of the irrigation system? A complete invoice by the responding company that performed the work giving detail to the charges and supplies used If damage is determined by pictures and complete detail analyses of the responding tech we will consider the charges and make the appropriate response for the client The client should have contacted us as soon as this problem was discovered as our sister company does irrigation repair and full landscape services as the client was well aware of

I am rejecting this response because: This request is impossible.  1. I can not provide pictures of the damages as 1) the valve box has been repaired and 2) is buried underground. 2. The box was damaged by the fence installation, and [redacted] had someone try to fix it and in that "fix" the wiring was messed up. 3. I don't have an invoice other than the one I provided. Asking a company to list the supplies used and further details is overly onerous. You are welcome to call the irrigation company and ask for details if you want.4. [redacted] - YOUR EMPLOYEE - ran this job. Talk to him. He called me when his team damaged the valve box and he called me a couple of days later to tell me they'd fixed it, which they obviously didn't do correctly. I have no idea why you are fighting this when your employee told me that your team damaged the box.  Also, you say I should have contacted you because your sister company does irrigation repair, and that I am well aware of this. You are patently incorrect. How on earth would I know you have an irrigation company? Just do the right thing and pay to fix the damage your company did.  I can't believe I had to contact the Revdex.com to get a response from you, and then your response is to request such ridiculous details. You caused damage, just fix it. Do the right thing.
