Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10878165, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint repairs needed , put in shop they were told to change engine only but they did other repairs without permission and never did engine with satisfaction...they are the experts that picked the engine , bought the engine with my deposit and the engine was no good...took back to shop several times picked up on Oct.,25, engine still no goood...The parts that they put on car were used, I never buy used parts other than an engine, if they would have asked I would have said no to other repairs, when picking up the car the a/c they say they did Something to do not work, I received no parts that ACTUALLY CAME from repairs...I said no and THEY HELD my car hostage till I paid for all services not requested...I then had to return the car and charged a double fee again to repair engine, engine they said was under warranty from where they got it, that I must pay to install again, double dipping..then they agressively bullied another party that was not the owner of the car for me to pick up;;;fear factor of old seniors that are disabled on fixed income to pay;;;problem still not NOT WORKING , they are incompatent workers, lying servers, they told me they test drove the car several time and all was well..Then I was told that they would not and did not test DRIVE THE CARE of care because of plates and they would not get a ticket...problem they received money that they should not have for services not authorized by me and the service did NOT HAPPEN , example a/c not working not told what they did and no parts shown to me...I ASKED FOR ALL PARTS OF REPAIR AND DID NOT RECEIVED THEM ...I NEVER TOLD THEM TO DO OTHER WORK AND THE WORK THEY WERE HIRED TO DO NOT DONE..tHEY ARE THE PROFESSIONAL THAT GOT THE MOTOR FROM A DEALER OR PART PLACE AND DID NOT TEST THEM ON (MOTOR) yOU DO NOT PUT MOTOR IN CAR UNLESS IT WORKS ..yOU TEST THE MOTOR ON BLOCK OR SPACE TO RUN BEFORE PUTTING IN CAR...tHESE ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS BUT RIP-OFF AGENTS...tHEY CAN NOT DO THE JOB, THEY CLAIMED TO FIX OTHER THINGS NOT ASKED FOR AND GIVE LARGE BILLS FOR REPAIRS NOT DONE OR WITH SATISFACTION..tHEY ALSO PUT IN USED PARTS SO THAT IT WOULD NOT HAVE WARRANTY T, THE CUSTOMER NEVER GAVE PERMISSION...tHEY NEVER CALLED ME OTHER THAT THE HIGH PRICE NEVER ASKED ABOUT, THEY WENT THROUGH OTHER PARTIES WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION....CROOKS, LAIRS, RIPOFF PEOPLE AND UNSKILLED, INCOMPATANT WORKERS...THE OWNER IS VERY AGGRESSIVE TO OLDER FOLKS...FEAR FACTOR STRONG ARM APPROACH...RIP off, con men, they even told me to get a title loan, loan onb line , to borrow which I had to do from others...I knew how much the motor cost which I have saved for for over a year, I knew that I am disabled on fixed income also and could not pay anything else and expected to have a car that was fixed and, no one knows my income but me ..shops should not DO WORK NOT ASKED FOR AND HOLD CAR TILL MONEY GET TO THEM...I NEED MY MONEY BACK ,,,WORK WAS NOT DONE , THEY ARE NOT EXPERTS THAT KNOW HOW TO DO LARGE JOBS, STOP TAKING JOBS YOU CAN NOT DO,,,,YOU ARE NOT GOOD MECHANICS, EVEN THE JOBS DONE UNAUTHORIZED DO NOT WORK AND YOU DID NOT DO...STOP CHEATING FOLKS IN THE FRONT OFFICE, LIARS AND CON ARTIST

COMPLETE REFUND FOR WHICH I WAS CHEATED, DUE TO LACK OF KNOWING HOW TO REPAIR ENGINE AND UNAUTHORIZED WORK, NEVER CONTACTED ABOUT AND I WOULD HAVE SAID NO, I ONLY ASKED FOR ENGINE PROBLEM...tHEY DID EVERYTHING BUT WHAT THEY WERE HIRED TO DO, ENGINE STILL IS NOT WORKING AT THEIS TIME, UNSATISFIED WITH THE DOUBLE DIPPING REPAIR COST OF SOMETHING ALREADY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE...tHEY LIED SO MUCH THAT THEY RIP OFF FOLKS,,,,THIS PRACTICE MUST STOPP AND NOWRegards,

Miss Gillum had her Toyota Camry towed to us on 9/9/for repairs after inspection it was determined that the engine was locked up and could not be turnedWe informed Miss Gillum that the engine had to be replaced and she was given (2) options#purchase a new engine that comes with a year

mile warranty and a labor warranty if any problems were to arise, this option was $,#purchase a engine from a salvage yard which comes with a day warranty and no labor warranty as it is a used engine this cost $1400.00.Miss Gillum was strongly advised to use option #which is a new engine based on our experience
with used engines option #was not recommendedMiss Gillum was here with her sister *** *** *** and decided to go with the used engine against our recommendation to use the new engine. Miss Gillum and MrsLeonard decided to have all future communication involving the repairs to her vehicle to
Mr. E.LLeonard who has been a customer of ours for over yearsThe vehicle engine was replaced with a used engine and to do so we had to remove the engine and transmission which requires hours of labor .Our labor rate is #an hour and we provided Miss Gillum a major discount and only charged her $
labor verses $After installation we could not drive the vehicle due to liability of the fact that the vehicle has been sitting up since and had no current registration or state inspection As it turned out the engine was bad and Miss Gillum retuned to us and we replaced the engine with another used engine which
required her to have to pay labor again we only charged her $at a 50% discount The total for her Repairs was $After the second engine we went ahead and road tested the vehicle and found it to be in good working order also when Miss Gillum picked up the vehicle on 10/26/she drove the vehicle with a
technician and found no problems and took delivery of the vehicle. Note; The check engine light was on in the vehicle and has nothing to do with the engine replacement it is an electrical problem which Miss Gillum was made aware of

in the engine block.Their was still oil in the crankcase and no faulty drain plug.We called the dealer she purchased the vehicle from and they sent a repover to examine the vehicle and take pictures of the damage,we have those pictures available upon request.The damage was not caused by a lack of or loss of oil

This company has messed up my vehicle and needs to be reliable for the damagesI am also looking into filing a small claims case with themI do have proof and will present it, if needed
