Colorado Garage Door

Thank you for following up with my complaint about Colorado Garage Door.  Here is their website (note that their biz name on-line is not "Colorado Garage Door" -- but on the screen shot of the receipt...

Receipt from "work" performed (so-called "free" estimate) -- the second screen shot has a phone number but it is not the one listed on-line.  Not sure where it goes as I called the on-line number to ask for the estimate; I believe I talked with a worker called Michael who came out to the house, but when I called him back he said he would refer my complaint to "his owner" -- who has never called me back.

The website (not the listing for it on Google, which the website owner is also responsible for creating) does now note that there is a $39 charge for on-site, rather than over-the-phone, estimates.  I did not note this when I called them; I do not know if it was there when I called or was added after I complained, but either way I find it highly unlikely anyone would read that far through their website when trying to find a repairman and noting that they advertise FREE ESTIMATE as their first statement.  (I also continue to question what kind of diagnostics a person could give for a faulty garage door over the phone.)
 
Thanks for your help.  If this man refuses to change his website advertising/SEO header, I will be very frustrated.
