Mr [redacted] was contacted by phone on 3/3/at 9:am by another member of the billing team and the matter was resolvedThe claims have been resubmitted to the insurance company now that we have the informationThe secondary payor information had not been provided to us and we had sent statements previously but had not heard back from anyone regarding them until 3/2/when Mr [redacted] called Mr [redacted] was given a verbally apology by the *** Representative and informed that the call volume had been extremely high due to statements going out Again, we offer our apologies on this and will make every effort to get the bill paid from the insurance company [redacted] ***
