2/9/20: I placed an order for a hat, Order #*** - "Colorado Mountain C Super Soft Mesh Snap Back Trucker Hat - Black & Khaki" - total with tax $30.72
2/10/20: Colorado Hat Company emailed, thanking me for my order and saying there is a dark navy/stone hat in the same style available to ship now, or I'd have to wait a few days to get the color I ordered
- Same day: I responded requesting the navy hat available now to be shipped
2/11/20: I emailed requesting confirmation of my email 2/10 requesting the navy hat asap
2/20/20: I emailed requesting a response regarding my order
2/28/20: I emailed requesting a response regarding my order
I have yet to hear back from this company since 2/10, and have not received any product.
Hello. I just tried to call Michelle and left her a VM. She ordered a hat that was out of stock. We immediately emailed her offering her a navy blue one. She said she tried to email us but we never received her emails. Our supplier imports the hats from China and they have had some extreme delays. We actually just received the one she ordered so I offered to embroider the hat today or tomorrow at the latest and deliver it to her. I also offered a full refund in the VM I just left. Not sure why we didn't receive her emails - we are very prompt in replying to emails so that's what leads me to believe she may have had a typo in the email she sent us. As soon as I receive a call back from her I will do as she requests to resolve the situation. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Jonathan was quick to reach out and offer a resolution. I forwarded my thread of emails to him so that he could review and see that I replied directly to the company’s email and did not misspell the address.
