Loss mitigation issues
Hello I would like the contact info for the supervisor as well if possible. I am going through the exact same thing right now. I am at risk of loosing my home because they continue to say the don't receive my documents even though they are being sent from both my chapter 13 attorney and myself. My chapter 13 attorney has started to send the requested documents to chfa attorney as proof, but that still is not helping. Also since I got divorced during my forbarence as well my ex husbands name is on the loan, however on our separation agreement it clearly states that I am the sole owner of the property and he is to be held harmless in any new arising matters with the property. Also after the time period the my ex husband has to pay me maintenance for one year and I can refinance then he will be required to file a quit claim. That time is still going thru the end of this year. However chfa keeps asking for his financial documents. I have sent a copy court order separation agreement with all of the details multiple times and explained that he is not responsible for the property and will not move is he required to provide any of his financials. Now this is my third application because the previous two one was lost and the other they needed more documents but never contacted me. So the denied it. I have notes my separation agreement from the very beginning and just now I was told to sent a written request to special loans department for an assumption... And that could take another 45 days. They could have requested that be done when they asked for the list of documents that they did send to my attorney. FYI they said the never received those too. On the mean time my chapter 13 trustee is waiting for the results of the loss mitigation to structure my trustee payment. Without loss mitigation after my COVID forbarence I can not afford the amount they want when the include all the months I was unemployed. I feel like this was a set up targeting people already going thru hardship when the pandemic hit, I lost my job and I got divorced. They approved my forbarence never reached out to me before the end of it to give me my options which according to HUD rules they should have done. Now they are constantly loosing my documents and I have to send them multiple times. Everytime I call I speak with someone new who I have to tell the same long story to, and they all tell me something different. .. I received a letter saying I would now have a single point of contact Sheryl Brown and her "direct line and extension" well the so called direct line is just the main loss mitigation number when I ask for her extension I am told they can't transfer me the can only send her an email asking her to me. I asked if they would include me on that email, and was told that they can't add outside email addresses. Only internal. Having a single point of contact or SPOC is another HUD rule also the SPOC is supposed to make themselves available to the customer...that is not being done. I am currently looking for a real estate attorney to see what my options are here. But in the mean time I would like the supervisors information. Please and thank you
