Review: My name is [redacted] and I am filing this complaint in regards to my grandfather [redacted]. My grandfather moved into Colorado Manor Townhomes on July 27, 2015. My grandfather takes me to work, so my car is left with him. Everyday since he moved he has asked for a visitors parking pass and everyday the rent office are out of these passes. On 08/17/2015 around 2 pm my car was towed. My grandfather had to pay a fee of $100.00, the car was not even removed from the parking lot. This fee should be waived because the apartment did not provide him with visitor passes. My granfather suffers from alot of health issues and we do not have extra money to pay.This aprtment complex is infested with bugs. My grandfather has asked the company to spray on numerous occassions and they only sprayed once. When he complained nothing was done. I am beyond upset. The customer service is poor, the property manager only replies to texts messages. My grandfather does not own a cell phone.Please help us, moving in these apartments was such a bad idea.Thank you,Crystal BrooksDesired Settlement: Refund of $100.00Allowed to move out of apartments and not required to pay breaking of lease fees.Apartments sprayed for infestation.Return of my phone calls.
