Colorado Laser & Vein P.C. Reviews (2)

Dear [redacted]:As you know I am the owner and medical director of Colorado laser and Vein.Thank you for letting me know about this complaint, I was totally unaware of it. My staff should have notified me of her unhappiness and frustration. I could make myself available at the time of her treatment or...

combine the treatment with other options available to make it work for her. This also could be totally corrected if [redacted] personally contacted me at the time when she was dissatisfied with the treatment. My Cell Phone number is listed on my Business Card and any of my patients can call me anytime of the day or night. She definitely did not need the permission of my front desk person to call.I will send [redacted] a check for amount she paid for this treatment. Sincerely yours [redacted]

They hid the remaining collagen that I requested to be used up and lying the remainders were air bubbles in syringe that's left.
On 7/2/13 I went to Dr. David Siroospour to get more collagen in my face. This was my 3rd time going to him. Before the procedure began, his assistant, [redacted] explained clearly to me that I pay $450 per syringe of collagen, thus she highly recommends if there is anything left over in the syringe to use it in other areas of the face. Dr David Siroospours added collagen to the places I needed. When I asked to use the remaining collagen since I am paying $450 for the full syringe, he looked at [redacted] and said enough. My daughter and I clearly saw there was just a drop less than half of the syringe left and he immediately hid the remainder in the fridge. I called [redacted] couple days after explain they need to either inject the rest of the collagen or they need to refund me half back since they didn't want to use the rest and kept it. She started to get very nervous and told me "We didn't keep anything, it was no good anymore because it was full of air bubbles." My job is working with shots and needles and I know clearly that is impossible because they would of gave me a bunch of air bubbles in my face which is extremely dangerous. The doctor should know much better than that. Also, [redacted] did tell me to use up ALL of the collagen because you are paying not per dose, but per syringe and suddenly when they hid the remaining half of collagen from me they are saying its air bubbles that was left. All of their story changed from using everything up to literally half of the syringe became air bubbles. They wanted to fool me and were hoping I wouldn't notice them hiding the remaining half, but gladly my daughter and I clearly both saw it.
