I received a call from the office on X-at 10:am they left a voice mail and the lady *** of something like that told me to call them as they have a warranty and would replace the plants Also on the day we paid for the work the owner *** said to both my wife and myself if the plants don't comeback next year we will replace them as we had concerns at the time of installationKnow that we are wanting what we were told from the owner he doesn't want to stand up to his promises

The owner of this business is not very ethical in business as you can tellWhen we paid for the services he asked us to pay him personally instead of paying the companyobviously he is not going to take care of his customers as per his promises to me verballyThis company does not deserve an A+ rating as they don't take care of their warranty issuesI can submit a copy of the cashiers check made out to *** instead of the company if needed

Im not sure how this customer feels he is intitled to $credit on plant matial that totaled $newIf I offered a warranty on plant material, wouldnt I put that in writing?
