Installers were very personable and knowledgeable

Our experience with Colorado Living was very good The company provided their bath product in a timely manner and completed the project in one day The timing w as important to us because it was rental property

I hired Colorado Living to replace my bath surround and to replace a shower surroundweeks for the install, two crews, one for each bathroomThe crew for the shower ordered the wrong size shower pan and ended up cutting a hole in a panel in the wrong placeThey missed grouting half the panels when they were donePurchased a curved rod for the shower, they refused to put it up stating that it nullified the warranty, what???Crew 2, the shower head they brought is not what we purchasedHere is the hand held part and an extra shower head, we don't carry the piece that makes it so you can change from one to the other, again what?? They also missed half the grouting and he could not get out of the door fast enoughdays later, replacement panels come in broken, days later new install,still missed half the groutOwner said he would take care of us, gave us a 2.8% discount on a $17,order! NEVER USE THEMGO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Colorado Living provided the worst customer service experience of my life Their website stated that it would take 3-days to complete the project and that employees, not subcontractors, would be doing the work The project was started on 7/29/and we were not able to use our screen room until 9/19/due to engineering problems, subcontractor issues and ordering the wrong materials While we could use our screen room in 9/15, the project was not entirely done until 3/ Once the project started to go south in 8/15, the owner, Jason [redacted] started to ignore us and continued to ignore us up until demanding final payment for the project in 4/ Jason refused to do a final walk through with us and refused to give us a discount after all the trouble we had with them Well, he did agree to give us a $discount "on the condition that no social media or review sites of any kind are contacted in regards to the project in any way..." I did not accept his bribe to keep quiet

We had a shower insert installed Our sales person, *** ***, was very helpful and approachableHe has a no-pressure approach which we appreciate
I want to especially acknowledge the installers, *** and *** I want to call out their stellar demeanor and attitudesThey did a great job on the install, but I was so impressed with their "customer service" while they were in our home They are both very pleasant, they stop and look me in the eye when speaking with me, and they never seemed annoyed with my questions, concerns, or curiosity They present a great "face" for Colorado Living

The crew for the shower ordered the wrong size shower pan and ended up cutting a hole in a panel in the wrong place. They missed grouting half the panels when they were done. Purchased a curved rod for the shower, they refused to put it up stating that it nullified the warranty, what???Crew 2, the shower head they brought is not what we purchased.
