After completing an internal investigation into the matter we have come to the conclusion that we are not at fault for any accusations by Mr [redacted] We have completed our due diligence and have come to some findingsWhy Mr [redacted] received the letter so late is beyond usAs in most cases with our customers, we did not run Mr [redacted] 's creditWe instead allow the financing banks and institutions to do thisMr [redacted] agreed to our terms and conditions with our financing company when he completed the application for creditWe have adopted this policy in order to avoid unnecessary "pings" on creditThrough this financing company that we have used for many years we were able to get Mr [redacted] bought on the unit he originally contracted with us onWe also allowed Mr [redacted] to back out of the deal after he signed a legal purchase agreement prohibiting such back-outs when the payment was not comfortableAs for our dealings on the phone [redacted] was extremely standoffish and kept making accusations that are and were falseWe will not talk to [redacted] about the matter because she was not on the original contract and we will protect the privacy of our customersWe work very hard to offer our customers the utmost care, respect, and professional serviceWe understand the frustrations of Mr [redacted] and we do sympathize with him in the misunderstanding, but we have done nothing wrongWe never have, nor ever will run a patrons credit with out due acknowledgementWe would be happy to discuss any of our findings with either Mr [redacted] , or the Revdex.com
