CPI is the WORST facilityI have been trying to get an APPOINTMENT since August of 2016! I have called numerous times trying to get in for shots in my neck to relieve pain and numbness through out my bodyThey requested a copy of my referal as apparently they did not have one, (I find hard to believe) so I emailed it and she said she would let me know and contact me once she had it to set up an apptI have not heard from them sinceTHis was BEFORE Christmas! (apprmid Dec.) I have no idea if they got my email, why? Because every time I call all I get is an answering machineI ask for them to return my call, and NOTHING happens! This facility apparently does not need the business and does NOT care about peoples healthIf you cant even get into to see a Dr how are you suppose to get better? I feel these facilities that DO NOT want to do their jobs and the job they took an oath for, they should NOT have a license to practice at all!
