The company failed to come on the specified date.They did not call and they did to show up When I called them they said they would come on September Again, they did not call and they did not show up I sent an email to the president of the company on September It reads "You failed to meet the contractual agreement when you did not come on September as stated on the contract Refund our deposit." I own a Roofing company in Denver and have used Colorado Painting Pros on a few occasionsOverall they have been okay to work with but a while back we sent them payment for some work and they claimed to have never received the checkWe sent them a new check with the understanding that the old one would be returned if ever receivedColorado Painting Pros cashed the new check and never said anything about receiving the originalWe recently did a bank reconciliation and realized that almost two years after the original check had been written, Colorado Painting Pros cashed that original check! I have done everything possible to reach out to the owner, Doug, and have had no luckHe accidentally answered my phone call on December 1st (after leaving multiple messages for weeks) and on this phone conversation we set up a time to meet which he then skipped out onI have sent a multitude of emails, left numerous voicemails and texts with no reply whatsoeverI am just now leaving this complaint here because I have run out of options and am tired of being put offThere is still an outstanding balance of over $that he has literally STOLEN from my company and I have been more than patient and understanding throughout this processDoug, I need this to be resolved immediately!
