Hi [redacted] ,I spoke with Roger W [redacted] a few days after the complaint had been submitted Apparently he had gone on vacation He was on vacation during the time I had been trying to get a hold of himOn his return, he immediately came out to the house to discuss the repair We both agreed that I would purchase new siding materials, make the repair myself, and I would be reimbursed by his companyI haven't replaced anything at the moment due to the weather conditions, but will as soon as the weather permits I am pleased with this resolutionThanks,***
