*** **’s complaint regarding our services. Colorado Plumbing and Heating Company is proud to provide exceptional service to our customers at a competitive rate for the last years. We strive to make every customer satisfied and view a rare customer complaint seriously. Upon *** **’s request, we provided labor and material to unplug her main line sewer. Two weeks later, *** ** contacted our office for an appointment due to sewer problems. As a result, we made separate contacts with her to schedule an arrival time with our technician, typically a 3-hour window, and were able to schedule our technician the same day and within the hour. Per routine policy, our technician contacted *** ** to let her know of the arrival time and upon arrival at the job site, found a different company completing the repairsAs such, *** ** was billed a trip charge for hrs of travel time Sincerely, *** ***

Complaint: ***Colorado Plumbing work did perform the work, but they did not FIX the problem, that is why two weeks later, the plumbing was back flow againI paid them fix the plumbing back flow, since they did not fix the problem, I have to call them back to fix the same problem they claimed they fixedI PAID full price, $
I am rejecting this response because: I was waiting for the technician to call me to but got no call from him so I have to call another company to do the workIf Colorado Plumbing tech called me, I wouldn't call another companyThe second time when they came out without calling me ahead of time, that forced me to call another company because the back flow plumbing was bad, they charge me again for not doing any workI don't think this is fair to customers to have company like their Colorado Plumbing to rip off customer for doing BAD BAD job, then charge customers again for not doing anything
