Pure Abatement IncWas hired to perform the asbestos removal and was paid in full for the services they provided for the amount of $10,that was paid/ Approved by *** *** No complaints were ever made per the Project manager *** *** with Pure abatement and Client was happy with
work.Colorado Premier Restoration Inc.[CPR] was hired to Mitigate and remove sewer water and repair the property after Pure Abatement had removed the asbestos CPR settled with *** *** for $5,for the water removal and drying Client was paid that by insurance and CPR was never paid CPR.Client was happy with drywall work and paint minus the closet was the wrong color when *** walked with her before he left on his vacation She paid them her deductible and additional items she wanted done at that time in the amount of $1, *** and Her went to the bank to get the money from the insurance because the bank was on the check The bank had a hold on it so no funds were given to CPR from insurance *** brought her samples of flooring and tried to have her make a selection before he left to keep the project moving forward She said she did not like the samples so *** told her to go find flooring she liked and CPR could go from there Upon *** getting back from a week vacation, *** had sent an email canceling the contract with CPR *** had tried to call her multiple times and got no response to try to settle the bill CPR sent a final bill minus the work not completed for $11,plus the $5,for mitigation The original amount was 16,approved by insurance Upon no response from ***, CPR hired an Attorney to send her a demand letter for payment Once she received this she made her Revdex.com complaintCPR is willing to settle but needs communication from owner ASAP. Statements by owner:The unit was vacant so no items could have been taken Blinds, and smoke alarms are to be replaced from damage CPR had a client sign-off form for all selections including paint, doors, hardware Can be provided if needed CPRdidn't paint in the water heater or furnace room so no paint could have been sprayed by CPR Crews See scope to confirm. The Abatement company does not use dryers and could not have shrunk any items as they only remove asbestos and do not use dryers CPR would have completed the job and all items would have been corrected Client never gave CPR the time to fix issues and when the Client asked to meet, *** would meet her after hours to walk the job, go to bank to sign forms, or what ever she asked Client Canceled contract when *** was out of town and she knew he was leaving CPR has removed $4,from their bill for the work not performed/correct CPR believes they are still owed $11,for the repairs plus the mitigation of $5,CPR is willing to settle with the client if she would allow a site visit to be able to walk damages and work completed Thanks Colorado Premier Restoration

Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 6, 2015/07/11) */
All issues have been resolved. I would like to withdraw my complaint.

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of Arbitration. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID .[redacted], , and find that arbitration is necessary.  I have documentation coming from a couple sources (insurance company, contractor, etc.) to substantiate what was and was not completed and will forward to the Revdex.com upon receipt in the next week.  Thank you.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We met on 9/14. At the time [redacted] said she absolutely does not want to settle and would like to go to court. She said we are actually not owed a dime for any work that was preformed. Court date is set in December I don't recall off the top of my head what day it is but I believe it's within the first two weeks of December since [redacted] is out of the country the second half. Hopefully we have this resolved sooner than later.. let me know if you have any questions!
