Colorado Premier Restoration is assisting our apartment complex in committing insurance fraud. They are claiming that our cabinets were destroyed by water damage. They were not affected. They are backing the apartment complex's claim to get more money for the restoration. We reported the apartment complex to the National Insurance Fraud Bureau.
CPR did a great job painting our popcorn ceilings Chris is great to work with and very professional really recommend this company if you need a restoration company they are excellent
I would never recommend this company to anyone because they kept making mistake after mistake and not doing things correctly and there was no communication or what they told me was different than what was happening. My unit had water damage and the mitigation process went fine but from the first day they never even called me to let me know they were coming; they just showed up but the repair aspect was a total nightmare. They didn't hire the right people to do the right job which caused further damage, they made scratches all over my doors, they got pain all over my carpet, they didn't plug in my washer/dryer, they put in the baseboard under my dishwasher wrong so I couldn't open my dishwasher, they put to much wax on the toilet when putting it back which than caused a clog. They had to come back several times to fix their mistake and I had to be on them about scheduling as if I hadn't I wouldn't have heard anything. The owner was supposed to call me last week and I haven't heard anything. I was told they were going to bring a plumber to fix the clog since it was their mistake but was told by someone else to contact my HOA. They were more concerned about getting it done quick than making it look nice. My mother spoke to the owner who was not very apologetic or caring. I have never had such a horrible experience and when I walk in my home I am reminded of the awful stressful experience.
Wow! Super impressed with CPR. Our dad’s senior apartment complex had a fire. Even with every resident displaced after asbestos was found, we received personal and professional help including help with every aspect of the relocation. Every person we had contact with from the head honcho down to the movers were quick to respond to our needs and questions, knowledge with what was going on, super accommodating to our schedules, flexible, kind, patient, and even fun to work with despite the circumstances. Good job! Our 91 yr old dad finally has his stuff, some peace of mind, and a new home.
These guys never cease to amaze us. Every project they come through with lots of communication and follow up. They hit our challenging dead lines and were able to work around our business hours. The finished product looked better after than it did before our loss.
CPR is a great company! Chris came out and was very helpful with any problems and very easy to work with! Highly recommend them if you need a Restoration Company!

I have only good things to say about Colorado Premier Restoration.
One night I heard water running in my basement. I practically flew down the stairs to find a flood. I panicked, ran upstairs grabbed my cell phone and started calling restoration companies. This company was the first who answered their phone, after calling maybe 5 or 10.
I spoke to Alex who walked me through what to do next. I had no idea how to shut off the water.
Within 15 minutes a crew of 4 men showed up, then a few more. They were at my house for hours until about 3 in the morning.
They brought fans and a water sucker and pumps and even though I was hysterical, they calmed me down.
I could go on and on, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Colorado Premier Restoration (CPR) is incredible. They come out fast and they finish strong. They did exactly what they promised in less time than was expected. Everyone I have dealt with at CPR has been courteous and professional.
Used them on a Sunday night. They stayed for hours saving most of my property.
They had to pump out gallons of water from the flood and then set up fans.
Fair price, excellent service.

Colorado Premier Restoration was recommended by our landlord to perform emergency repair services. The received estimate did not match the verbal cost estimate given originally. The work performed, quality, and price was all unsatisfactory.
1. Billed for debris pickup although the service was not needed.
2. Bad quality of material was used.
3. The work performed should have taken no more than 1 hour (to board a broken door) but took 4 hours to complete the unnecessary job.
4. The work itself caused damage to the door frame which was completely unnecessary and caused future expenses.
5. After damaging the door themselves, they insisted that it was required to replace for $3,000
6. On site conversation with estimator said that door had to be replaced. A second company assessed their work and said that the door would have been easily fixed if the damage was not done by their bad work which further damaged the door. This second company was able to fix the door as well as the damages made by Colorado Premier Restoration.
7. After everything, they still demanded payment
In Response to the customers concerns. Colorado Premier Restoration was called out to perform an emergency board up to the front entryway of the customers storefront. During the initial callout the customer asked for a ballpark quote which was given but in no way was considered a hard price as CPR uses *** for pricing which is stated on the CPR contract and is the industry standard for insurance based work. In regards to the items used in the CPR Estimate. Debris removal was charged at a 1/4 of the full price and is a standard line item used due the removal of glass and debris from the storefront. The quality of material which was used was 1/2" Plywood to board up a storefront which is acceptable and commonly used in the restoration industry. The labor hours are for multiple technicians to respond to the call out including 1 Supervisor to assess, and 2 technicians to perform the board up for a total of 4 hours (1 Supervisor hr / 1.5 Technicians hr /ea). The door frame and glass were damaged during the initial callout and this would be covered by the insurance company whom we were not allowed to contact at the request of the customer. CPR performs many board up each month and everything could have been resolved with a discussion with the adjuster handling the claim. The repair estimate provided was provided using *** pricing which is the insurance industry standard which reflects the pricing presented. As stated CPR was called out and the customer signed a contract for the emergency board up which now they will not pay. CPR is willing to waive our bill at this time in order to resolve this dispute. CPR has reached out to the customer to inform them of this as well.

Please send an official correspondence from Colorado Restoration to *** waiving the fee and removing us from any future liabilities, as was discussed by phone. Once completed we will accept this issue as resolved.

CPR did a great job cleaning my carpets after my dog had been sick. I highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration to their house after man made or natural disasters.
I called Chris as soon as I noticed water/sewage in my basement. I expected the worst! Chris was at my house right away and completed an inspection of where the water had come from and what rooms were affected. After calling my insurance company, Chris' team got right to work. They removed all damaged items from the basement, removed carpet and drywall, and thoroughly power washed the basement flooring. I was more than impressed with how quickly they completed their work and also how professional the team was. Chris met with my insurance adjuster and had all necessary documents ready to make the process go smoothly. I had been worried about this entire process, but Colorado Premier Restoration gave me peace of mind and such support along the way. I highly recommend their company!
Colorado Premier Restoration did an amazing job! We highly recommend them for any job! We had a roof leak and had serve water damage. They were quick and efficient. You can't even tell anything was ever wrong! They are the best in the business!
We had a fire and water damage. Justin, Pete and his crews were fabulous. All of his crews were professional and friendly. When I would get stressed he would reign me in and say "everything will be ok". They also have a great working relationship with my insurance adjuster. Their work was way beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.If you have any kind of disaster, they are the only ones to call.
On 12/31/17, I experienced a sewage/water overflow in my hall bathroom. Colorado Premier Restoration came to my rescue at 10:30 p.m. on New Years Eve & immediately began the cleanup process. The crew began vacuuming up water, cutting away soaked carpet & padding from my hallway & into several closet area floors & into 2 bedroom doorways. They were very respectful of me & my home reassuring of the results & provided feedback that gave me reassurance that my home one day would be returned in much better shape than what I saw around me that night.
Christoper Weston, Owner of CPR was very attentive to my concerns & gave me valuable support throughout the entire cleanup process, which continued for approximately 6 days. Mr. Weston is very skilled & professional as he conducts himself with me as well as his crew.
Chris and his team are professional, reliable, and FAST! I am a new homeowner and was totally terrified of navigating home repairs.
