I signed a contract with this company in March, The contract stated that the project should be finished in four weeksBy July 2016, the major work had not been doneI had called and texted Mr [redacted] numerous times, and he had not been seen at work site since middle of May After almost four months waiting, I had to end the contract and hired a new contractor to finish the jobAlso Mr [redacted] hired a friend to do part of the work and asked for more payment in advanceOut of my ignorance and nature of trusting people, I gave him two-third of payment while merely half of the work been doneIn October 2016, I filed a law suit against Mr [redacted] and asked him to pay back the money he owedHe finally paid it back in full in July With my experience, Mr [redacted] is not trustworthy, and their work is below averageIf you have to use this company, my advice is to stick with the contract and not to pay the company for the work they have not doneThe new company ( [redacted] ) that I hired finished the remodeling in three weeks and did very good quality work
