Paid Evan *** $175 for home inspection report. Evan *** never provided report.
I sent over the report last night. It is a lil later than I told her but had computer issues I finally got resolved yesterday. Thank you

Set up an appointment with Colorado pro inspect to inspect the my house which he went around the house outside and inside like typical home inspector for about 2 to 3 hours. Sounded professional and knowledgeable which he also answered most of my questions and gave me most of findings he saw. I was pretty eager to get his final report so I can fix my newly moved in house to builder to fix any issues I have with my new home. So after he promised me with final report within 24 hours, I cut a check out to him. On the same day, some check cashing company called me saying is it ok for person named Evan *** to cash my check which I thought was bit odd that he does not even have his own business checking account which should have been Big Red Flag but, I felt sort of sorry for the some what desperate situation he might be in???
Anyway, I get no report so text him few times and he keep saying, he will send me the reports few times. It has been a week now but no reports and check have been cashed and no reply from the guy.
What a pathetic situation and he websites are still up and running: http://www.coloradoproinspect.com/about.html which should be taken down so no one can get ripped off. I should have checked out the Revdex.com site before hiring the guy.
Hi, first and foremost I’d like to apologize for not getting out the report in a timely manner as promised. This issue is something I am aware of and working to manage my time and priorities better moving forward. With that being said I just want to say the report was completed and delivered. As far as I am concerned this matter is closed but if additional measures are needed please let me know. Thank you!!

Colorado pro inspect came to inspect the house I was looking to purchase on October 8th 2017. Evan (inspector) said 24 hours would be the turnaround time for the inspection to be sent to me, excluding radon because it takes two days to process. We had three days to come up with what negotiations we wanted to make with the seller. That day arrived and I had still not received the inspection but the check I paid with was cashed. We went into neigtiatuons blind and to this day almost three months later despite reaching out multiple times I have not received the inspection. I first asked for just the inspection but after a month or so passed I asked for a refund considering we went into neogitations blind and I've already moved into the house and still haven't gotten ANYTHING
My client and I hired *** to perform a home inspection. After one week of no report and already past due on our Inspection Objection deadline, I had to reach out to hear excuse after excuse of why there was no report yet. Two weeks go by and still nothing. My client had the inspection done Oct 10th, 2017 and we closed on the home November 8th, 2017 still with no report OR refund. My client finally reached out as he stopped responding to any form of communication with me and he said a refund would be on its way. November 14th and my client still has not received a full refund and *** will not answer any of our calls, texts, or emails.
