CPMS is managing agent for Homeowner's Association. Listed party is Community Association Manager with CPMS assigned to this community. Many requests by owners for service, work or repair are procedural, part of a budget or expense which require approval by the Board of Directors. This may involve...

multiple inspections, bids and etc. by vendors/contractors before proposals are available for review which may be a timely process and tied to a larger scope/project for the community vs. individual owner. Requests may be delayed for further investigation, assessment, budgeting or approval. Details have been relayed to the owner and at this time, the Board members and CPMS have contacted owner and already resolved, addressed or are currently resolving remaining concerns/requests.  Communication with owner has lead to complaint being scheduled to be revoked/removed.
