[redacted] brought a 2009 [redacted] into our shop on Dec 27th 2017 and requested we complete a pre inspection of the vehicle for him, so he could decide if he should purchase the vehicle.  After our automotive technician completed the inspection, it was discovered that the Front Sub Frame was rusted out.  We recommended to [redacted] that the sub frame be replaced and we completed a quote for the repair.  The quote of $1250.00 plus tax included parts and labor to complete the repairs.  After our recommendation and quote was given to [redacted] he decided to pay the $37.89 pre inspection fee and left with the car without having the repairs completed.
 
We are not clear as to why [redacted] is now making this complaint to the Revdex.com.  We clearly told [redacted] that the repairs needed to be completed and he obviously purchased the vehicle without having these repairs done.
